FAQ’s

We have included some Frequently Asked Questions below that we often get asked in regards to staying at the Murray Bridge Tourist Park.

If you have any additional questions that are not addressed below, please contact us.

Accommodation

Is linen included in the Units / Cabins?

All beds are made up and towels provided. Where there a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom, the top bed is not made but the linen is provided.

How many people can stay in a room?

Fire Regulations /Insurance stipulate the maximum number of people allowed for each cabin is determined by number of beds.

Why don't you guarantee the Site / Cabin I choose?

Whilst we do our absolute best to keep your preferences in mind, however, we ultimately run a business and it’s important that we minimise the number of gaps (vacant sites) in bookings.

Keeping that in mind , there are other reasons we need to move bookings around:

  • Sometimes the person who stayed in the cabin/ site you requested the night before extended their stay.
  • Maintenance is required on your site /cabin.
  • During busy times, December to Easter, the Park gets quite busy and sometime we have to accommodate many requests. For example, some people want to be near the amenities, groups want to be together and sometimes we shuffle bookings around to avoid issues like, having grey nomads being in amongst a group of families (especially on sites). Please be assured that we do keep your preferences in mind and we do our best to accommodate you.

Please Note: Your deposit guarantees a booking at the Murray Bridge Tourist Park – it doesn’t guarantee a particular cabin /site.

General Questions

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we are! we are even pet friendly in our cabins! Please contact the office directly for details about our pet friendly cabins.

Pets are welcome all year around.

Regardless of how friendly or old your pooch is, they still need to be on a lead at all times and please pick up after them.

Also, keep in mind that the Park is a busy place so if you know your pooch is likely to bark at anything and everything that moves, it might be best to make other accommodation arrangements for your pooch.
